A word from the Chef
It is a pleasure for me to have the opportunity to address your taste buds.
I chose the fresh products for them (some coming directly from our fishpond or our vegetable garden). My cooking does not destroy the flavors, of “multiregional” inspiration; it promotes harmonious marriages; with a little spicy touch: these are my values.
Several options are available to you:
The menu: freshness obliges. balanced land / sea, it presents a rigorous and not overloaded assortment of dishes.
The Seasonal Flavors and Belle-Isle Menus are a coherent little tour in the menu of my gastronomic memory. A “food and wine” pairing is available for each menu.
For our vegetarian guests, the menu offers seasonal dishes; as well as a dessert. A richer and more sophisticated choice can be offered on request in advance.
Children are not forgotten.
Our wine cellar, made up of small and large vintages; structured and powerful, gives pride of place to regional wines with various grape varieties and will enhance your choices.Our bread is homemade from organic flour delivered by a miller.
